1 tin caramel treat
500ml fresh cream
2 peppermint crisp choc grated
METHOD
whip cream,stir caramel treat before adding to
fresh cream,fold in well,into a rectangular peyrex
start with tennis biscuits lay it out evenly at the
bottom of peyrex,add a little fresh cream
mixture,then drizzle grated choc,continue the
layering until mix tures are all finnish.put into
fridge for 4 hours ,then serve and enjoy
