METHOD

2. add caramel treat to whipped cream and blend With electric beater
3. warning: do not beat too much otherwise it will Get runny
4. grate chocolate with coarse grater
5. in the following order, place the following Ingredients in a square dish ± 20 cm square
6. line the base with half the tennis biscuits
7. cover biscuits with half the cream/caramel mix
8. cover cream/caramel mix with half the grated Chocolate
9. repeat, lining the chocolate with the balance Of the tennis biscuits
10. covering the biscuits with the balance of the Cream/caramel mix
11. then cover cream/caramel mix with balance of The grated chocolate
12. place in fridge – allow to set ± 6-8 hours
