INGREDIENTS
250g butter 1 teaspoon baking powder½ cup castor sugar3 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons oil1 ½ cup coconut2 cups flourSlab cadbury plain chocolate Slab aero/bubbly mint
METHOD
Beat butter and castor sugar till light.Add in oil and stir well.Add in baking powder, cocoa powder and coconut. Beat well.Gradually add in flour to form a soft dough.Pipe onto greased tray and bake at 180⁰c..+- 15 to 20 minutes.Cool completely.Brush with melted Cadbury.Top with grated aero/bubbly.
