7 Minute Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour
3 tablespoon cocoa
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
¼ cup oil

METHOD

- sift flour, baking powder,cocoa,sugar and salt.- whisk eggs. make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in the eggs then cover eggs with dry ingredients-mix together boiling water and oil pour over ingredients and use an egg whisk and whisk lightly till smooth-grease and line a round microwave dish. pour mixture in. microwave on high for 6 minutes.allow to stand in microwave for 1 minute then turnout onto plate - decorate as desired
