Cream Spinach With A Twist

INGREDIENTS

1 punnet pre cut spinachHalf punnet mushroom sliced2 small potatoes cubed1 small onion sliced1 tub cream cheese1 tablespoon double thick yougurt1 green chilly finely sliced1 tablespoon garlicSalt and pepper to taste

METHOD

1. Sauté onion with potatoes. 2. When the potatoes are soft added in mushrooms and sautéed that till done. 3. Add in garlic, salt, pepper and green chillies. Braised that nicely.4. Add in spinach. Let that steam nicely. 5. Then add the tube of cream cheese, and yogurt.6. Taste and adjust spicing to your preference
