Cook withLemon π juice 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 tablespoon oilCook till drySauce:Boil 4 dry red chillies Liquidise with 3 tomatoes π 2 tablespoon tomato sauce Lemon π juice Salt1 teaspoon @purespice_sa chilli garlic pasteSalt and pepper Boil with 2 tablespoon butter.Pitas:3 cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)SaltSour milk to make a soft dough. Knead well. Rest. Divide in2 12 balls. Roll out and dry fry on hot tawa.
METHOD
To assemble:Place pita on plate. Cut into pieces with pizza cutter. Spread chicken and drizzle sauce. Serve with yoghurt if too spicy.
