RECIPE
You’ll Need:
½ cup cold milk
1 cup boiling water
1 ½ teaspoon yeast
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
Oil (for greasing and frying)
Method:
1. Mix cold milk, boiling water, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add flour and mix to form a sticky, soft dough.
3. Cover and let rise until doubled.
4. Divide dough into 9 balls.
5. Flatten each ball on an oiled plate with oiled hands, making a small hole in the center.
6. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dips or toppings – Turkish style
