INGREDIENTS

1 & ½ Cups Chana Flour½ Cup Cake flour2x teaspoon Baking powder1 egg, beaten1 Cup Spinach leaves, chopped.. ½ Onion, grated½ Potato, grated(optional )½ Green apple, grated(optional) 2x Green Chillies½ Cup water1 level teaspoon Chillie powder1/ 2 teaspoon Jiera powder 1 teaspoon Tumeric powder½ teaspoon Masala (optional) 1 level teaspoon SaltOil for frying

METHOD

Mix all dry ingrients into a bowl & add all the spices & lastly the water. Fry in hot oil for 2 /3 minutes.
Use this Batter on Fish & Slices of apple & fry with the same batter... for a snack on the go Lunchbox idea! 👍
