300g cake flour ¼ teaspoon. Salt1½ teaspoon. Baking powder Add to a bowl and mix and set aside 180g butter 300g sugar Cream together for 3 - 5 minutes. 2 eggsAdd in 1 egg at a time beating well each addition. 1 teaspoon. Vanilla 180g buttermilk Slowly add and mix gently. Now add the flour batter in 2 batches. Mix till just combined. Divide the batter equally into 6 balls Food colorsAdd a drop or 2 of food coloring. Now using a ice cream scoop a tablespoon size portion from each color and add to parchment paper. And bake in a preheated oven @170c for 10 to 15min
White Icing 150g icing sugar1 tablespoon. Caramel syrup or honey ¼ teaspoon. Vanilla+- 1 tablespoon. Water For black icing 105g icing sugar45g cocoa powder 1 tablespoon. Caramel syrup or honey ¼ teaspoon. Vanilla+- 1 tablespoon. Water Same method for black and white icing Mix all the ingredient till it forms a thick paste. Remember to add the milk little at a time now spread the white icing on ½ the side the black icing on the other side.Enjoy
