In a plate add lemon juice, salt, red chili powder. Mix well then dip the fish fillet coating both the sides. Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder. Mix this well by adding the soda water little at a time to reach the right consistency for the batter to coat the fish. Add yellow food colour to the batter as needed. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. In another plate add corn flour and all purpose flour, dip the marinated fish, coating both the sides. Make sure the fish is dry. Dip fish in batter and deep fry. To make a mock sauce, in a bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, green chilies and vinegar. Microwave for 1 minutes cool it down and add it to the mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve with fried chips and coleslaw.
