RECIPE

Beat together3 eggs¾ cup sugar½ cup milk
Add¼ cup water2½ cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon fennel seeds (somph)
Mix to form a sticky batter.Stir in 3 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter) and mix well.Fry spoonfuls in medium-hot oil until golden and cooked through.Dip into warm syrup and coat with desiccated coconut
