7 Tortilla (or any flatbread)200 Gr feta cheese (diced)1 Onion (finely chopped) 3 Tablespoons red pepper paste2 Tablespoons nigella seeds2 Tablespoons sesame seeds7 Sprigs of thyme15-20 green olives (pitted and chopped)4 Tablespoons olive oil
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees C. Combine and crumble the feta cheese and the onion in a bowl. Add the pepper paste, nigella seeds, sesame seeds, green olives and thyme. Pour in the olive oil and mix all the ingredients together.Let it rest for a while so that all the flavours can combine.Spread a full tablespoon of the mixture on the tortilla or flatbread and place it into the bottom of the oven and bake for 2 minutes. Then, transfer it to the top rack of the oven and bake for another two minutes.Delicious and simple pepper bread is ready to enjoy!
