To make the pasta, in a pot add to make pasta ingredients, boil the pasta until 90% done. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water when pasta is done for the sauce. To make the sauce, in a pot add sauce step 1 ingredients, mix and cook on low to medium heat until onions are translucent.Now add sauce step 2 ingredients, mix and cook for 2-4 minutes.Now add sauce step 3 ingredients, mix and cook for 1 minute.Now add sauce step 4 ingredients, mix and cook for 30 seconds.Now add final step ingredients, mix and cook until pasta is cooked to desired texture.
