1 kg boneless meat diced2 teaspoon red chillie powder 2 teaspoon cumin powder 2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 tablespoon garlic is 1 tablespoon green chillie paste2 tablespoon crushed red chilliesSaltLemon juice Half cup oil
METHOD
Marinate meat with the above ingredients. Heat a thick based pan, add the meat fry for 10 minutes, add some more oil if needed, add half cup water or more & slow cook until meat is tender. Keep on checking in-between. Burn out water. Borties must be dry with all the masala coated well. Serve with rolls..π€ͺπ....enjoy the twist π
