INGREDIENTS
                      250 g puff pastry 
1 cup polony,cubed 
tomato sauce 
mustard sauce 
1 cup grated cheese 
1 small chopped onion
                    
METHOD
                      Roll out puff pastry thinly and place on 
greased baking sheet.Prick pastry all over 
with a fork.Spread tomato and mustard 
sauce over pastry or sauces of your 
choice.Top with polony,onion and lastle 
grated cheese.Bake in 180 deg preheated 
oven for 10 minutes then lower heat to 160 deg 
and bake for a further 20 minutes or until baked 
through.Cut into squares .
