INGREDIENTS

Aeró cake
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
Beat together then add...
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
5 egg yolks
45g aero (chopped in small pieces)

METHOD

Beat together till smooth, fold in whites and chopped
aero, pour in pan and bake on 180 for bout 20 minutes or
till done
(whites should be beaten till stiff)

Ganache
100gr dairy milk choc
¼ cup milk or fresh cream
Melt on low heat stirring all the time, leave to cool then
pour over cake and decorate wit aero
