This is a personal family favorite (on my mother's side😉)
Slit your jalapeños and remove the seeds (seeds make it really strong so we remove it)Fill it with any flavor cream cheese you have and if u don't have cream cheese just use feta cheese. Mix 2 eggs with 2 or 3 tablespoon corn flour and make a paste.. Dip the jalapeños in the egg paste and into some crumbs.. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour then re-dip into the egg and again into the crumbs and leave for another hour or 2 in the fridge to set.. Fry it in hot oil just till it gets golden brown, remove and serve with a side of sweet chilli sauce... Enjoy 💋
INFO & TIPS
Please don't fry it in medium hot oil or cold oil, otherwise the cheese will just ooze out..
And a double coating of crumbs always does the trick otherwise the crumbs will just fall out..
