RECIPE
                      In a pot, Saute 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter) or butter with Taj, Elachi (cardomom) and cloves till soft and just pink. Add in 1 cut up chicken and cook for a few minutes.
Add in 2 grated tomato's, salt, arad (Turmeric), dhana, jeeru (cumin) and ginger garlic masala. Mix together with some water and cook till done.
Add in 125ml of fresh cream and chopped green dhana and serve hot with parathas, chips or veggies.. Enjoy 💋
                    
INFO & TIPS
                      You can add more fresh cream if you like it more rich
