2 Eggs, beaten1 Cup Sugar¼ Cup Oil1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon Baking Powder1 Cup Cake Flour, siftedPinch Salt½ Cup Milk ¼ Cup Boiling Water

METHOD
Beat the eggs, sugar, essence until light & fluffy. Add in the dry ingredients & lastly then your wet ingredients... Mix well & bake it in the microwave oven. Drizzle with oil very lightly, in your round pyrex dish & pour the batter in slowly & bake it... On high voltage for approximately 8 minutes, depending on your microwave. Let the cake cool down for 6-10 minutes.Decorate with Homemade Custard & chocolate chips & cocoa powder😊

MY TIP: ADD CLINGWRAP ON TOP BEFORE BAKING IT & PRICK A FEW HOLES KEEPS THE CAKE FROM STICKING & NICER MOIST CAKE
