1. Cream 4 eggs and 1 cup castor sugar till white and fluffy. 2. Add ½ cup oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat again. 3. Gradually add 1 cup sifted flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder and 2 tablespoon maziena ( cornflour). 4. Lastly add ½ cup milk with ½ teaspoon peppermint / mint essence and ½ teaspoon green food colour and beat for a minute. 5. Pour into cupcake pans, bake on 170 for 15 minutes. Remove from cupcake wrapper, turn upside down, add ganche and aero chocolate. ENJOY😍. Ganache160g cadbury chocolate 155g nestle creamMelt chocolate. Add cream and mix well.
