INGREDIENTS
•Base1 Roll Phyllo Pastry 2 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 teaspoon Flour 3 tablespoon Castor Sugar 300g mixed nuts Honey and Golden Syrup
•Filling300g MilkyBar Chocolate 500ml Fresh Cream ⅓ Cup Castor Sugar 1& ½ tub Cream Cheese
METHOD
¤Base: 1. Layer 4 sheets of phyllo pastry on a pan of your choice brushing each layer with melted butter 2. Combine Dry Ingredients and layer a base 3.Bake for 15 minutes at 180°4.After baking drizzle honey or golden syrup generously 5.Put back in oven for 5 minutes..
¤Filling:1.Beat Fresh Cream, Sugar, and cheese until smooth and whipped 2.Melt Chocolate then leave to cool for a few minutes 3.Fold chocolate into fresh cream mixture
》base should be completely cooled before piping for cream cheese into 》 Leave Overnight to set 》 Decorate with honey or golden syrup and fine nuts or any nuts of your choice
INFO & TIPS
~ we used a normal cupcake pan for it..
~ for my nuts I used coloured almonds
~ when decorating don't use so much honey or golden syrup otherwise it will become too rich
