INGREDIENTS
250g cottage cheese ×2 tubs1 can sweetened condensed milk½ c castor sugar (optional)125g nestle creamJuice of 1 lemonRind of 1 lemonOne packet of tennis buscuits crushedAdd 100ml of melted butter or margarine Topping of choice (peach slices in a can with syrup)A round loose bottom baking tin 23cmLined with cling wrap and falling out on the sides and sprayed with nonstick spray.
METHOD
Empty cottage cheese in a large bowl add the rest of the ingredient except for peach slices an syrup. Mix well.Stand for 5 minutes..Mix crushed buscuits and press into the baking tin as a baseEmpty crm cheese filling onto base and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours Remove and top with peach slices And spoon few teaspoons of syrup over. Slice an serve .
INFO & TIPS
Serve with ice cream or on its own as desired.
Omit peach slices add canned strawberries or cherries if available..
