INGREDIENTS
for the sponge
4 eggs š„150 gram š§ 1 cup white sugar Cocoa powder Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon baking powder Sprinkles Ā½ cup milkĀ½ teaspoon salt ā
cup oil2 cups flour ( or 1 Ā½)
Brigadeiro1 can condensed milk 2 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon butter
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar until creamyAdd egg yolks, vanilla essence,oil and milk...
Beat the egg white separate
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture form a batter..
Divide the batter into two and add cocoa powder on the other half for the chocolate cake...
Fold in the egg white in both batter...
Add the sprinkles to the vanilla batter..
Bake both until baked...
Allow them to cool
Brigadeiro Mix condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan and cook on low heat until the mixture starts to thicken....
Remove from the heat and let it slightly cool..
For the cream I used Meadow land delight (can use Bakels imitation cream)
To assemble the cake* Apply the whipped cream on the chocolate cake and brigadeiro on the vanilla cake...*assemble all the layers and frost the cake and decorate as you like..
Refrigerate and enjoy š
