INGREDIENTS
CREAMY COCONUT CRAB
1kg CRAB
Butter
1 teaspoon red garlic /
ginger masala
1 teaspoon fish masala
salt to taste
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chinease salt
2 tablespoon fine coconut
3 tablespoon Flour
1 cups milk
1 cup fresh cream
METHOD
Melt butter on stove
add
Crab, fish masala,
ginger / garlic
masala, all seasoning
and coconut,
mix all ingredients
together cook on
stove until all water
has evaporated from
crab and color of
crab changes
Add flour Ɣ☺ΰ will
notice will begin to
coat crab then add
fresh cream and milk
leave on stove to
simmer until milk
becomes thick and
creamy or can
layer on oven tray
and grill.....
