RECIPE

2 & ½ cups milk2 cups fresh cream2 teaspoons ghas powder
Bring to a boil in a thick based pot
Add 1 in Condensed milkAllow to boil on low heat Pinch of saffron 2 drops saffron essence
Pour into moulds. And refrigerate Once set serve chilled.Decor with saffron
