INGREDIENTS
5 Chicken Breasts cut into pieces or 1 Whole chicken, ( I used the chicken breasts).. ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼ Cup Lemon juice1 tablespoon Garlic paste1 teaspoon Red Chillie Flakes1 teaspoon Portuguese Spice½ teaspoon Lemon PepperSalt to taste2x teaspoon Mayoinaise Cook in 5 tablespoon Garlic Butter
Sauce :4 tablespoon Tomato Sauce2 tablespoon Lemon juice2 tablespoon Hot Spicy Sauce4 tablespoon Nando's Hot Sauce / any Peri - Peri Sauce3 teaspoon Honey¼ teaspoon Garlic paste.... Pinch of Red Chillie flakesAdd and adjust or less if you like.... Cook on the stove until sauce thickens and cool down. You can served it with Roasted Potatoes, Squash or Butternut cubed & Naan Bread
METHOD
Marinade chicken in all the spices and mayo for about 30 minute in a ziplock plastic bag & set it aside... Cook chicken in garlic butter until almost done . In the pot that you cooked the chicken in, pour the sauces over your chicken & transfer toovoven dish tray, then bake your chicken for about 25 minutes @190 degrees . Make sure all the chicken pieces are coated with the sauce & drizzle oil on top.Served hot or cold🍗🍗🍗Moist chicken##

Sauce can also be used with fish & foil wrap put into the oven or airfryer👍pocket folded inside.... Keeps it moist & tasty.
