INGREDIENTS

221g butter1 cup sugar¾ cup white sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon. vanilla3 & ¼ cup cake flour1 teaspoon. salt1 teaspoon. bicarbonate of soda1 cup chocolate chip1 cup smarties nestle plus extra

METHOD

cream butter and the 2 sugar till light in colour. add in the eggs and beat well. add in the flour + salt + bicarb and beat till it forms a dough add the chocolate chip + smarties and mix on low for 30sec.scoop 2 tablespoon. size dough and flatten it with your pram. place on a lined baking tray. bake in a preheated oven @180c for 10 minutes.cool in the tray before removing.store in an airtight container.
