250g fresh cleaned ginger, process in mixer until fine
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon oil
Add above in a pot and cook until ginger is dry
¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 ½ cup ghoor
Braise above and then add to ginger mixture.
Add ¾ cup roughly chopped, roasted almonds
Add ¼ cup coconut
Add 3 tablespoon kurs-kurs
Set in a pyrex dish and flatten with spatula neatly
Decorate with pecan nuts and a little more
kurs-kurs on top
