INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh store bought Kajoor (Dates) dates (remove seed) 1 bunch fresh green dhania (coriander) chopped ½ bunch fresh mint chopped 2 Tablespoon fresh garlic paste Seasonings salt ¼ cup vinegar 3 red fresh chillies 2 green fresh chillies3 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon crushed jeera seeds 1 teaspoon seseme seeds 2 Tablespoon Oil
METHOD
Prep a cup of fresh dates remove pit add this to a bowl of vinegar , allow it to soak, any loose skin of date to kindly remove.
In a blender add dhania (coriander), mint red and green chillies, garlic paste, lemon juice salt, soaked date in vinegar blend to paste.
Remove once all ingredients are puréed.
In a saucepan, add oil, jeera seeds, seseme seeds once it starts to crackle, add to the date chutney.
Remove from heat, stir evenly bottle in clean jar , once cooled refrigerate. Label.
Ideal for samosa dips.
