RECIPE

❄Perfect winter warmer❄
❄Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter).❄Add in 1 chopped chilli❄2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic ❄2 cups cubed fillets ❄1 teaspoon salt❄1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ❄¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) ❄1 teaspoon black pepper Cook few minutes❄Add in 2 tablespoon flour Allow to cookout flour taste❄Add in 1L milk❄1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn Stir well and simmer till slightly thick Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) ☘☘☘Serve with crusty bread & a dash of extra fresh Cracked pepper
