1 Litre Full Cream MilkAdd few drops of Pink Colouring Keep it Light pink OR any Colour Bring to boilAdd Little Crushed Elachi (cardomom)And 3 tablespoon Dessicated coconutNow addMake a Paste with little milk and 1 & ½ teaspoon Falooda agar agar (falooda powder) powderAdd to the Milk and Keep Stirring To avoid lumpsKeep StirringAdd ½ cup Condensed milk Or (May use Sugar) Keep stirring(Add ¼ Cup Nestle Dessert Cream-optional) Few drops Rose EssenceStir and Beat with an Egg Beater to get a Frothy whispery lookOnce boiled Pour in a casserole Beat again to get a Frothy lookKeep in Fridge to setAfter 15 minutesSprinkle with Sliced Almonds (Coloured or Plain) EtcTip:Can top with whipped freshCream before serving or Nestle Dessert Cream instead of adding the Cream in the Milk Enjoy Chilled
