INGREDIENTS
4 eggs1 cp castor sugar½ cup hot water½ cup oil1 and ¾ cup cake flour3 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon cocoa1 teaspoon vanilla essence.Orley whip½ cup icing sugarGel (Optional)
METHOD
Mix the water, oil, and cocoa together and set asideBeat the eggs and castor sugar togetherAdd in the dry ingredients and mixAdd in the oil mixture, and vanilla essence and beatPour into cupcake trays and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutesOnce done turn the cupcakes upside down and decorate
Whip creamBeat the whip cream a little bitAdd in icing sugar and gelBeat till peaks are formed
