INGREDIENTS
1 red chillie 10g ginger 3 cloves garlic 4 green stems of spring onions 1.2 kgs chicken wingsTable spoon of sesame seeds
METHOD
Slice off the tips of wings and seperate the drumets and wingets Thinly slice the chilli Thinly slice the spring onionsCrush the ginger and garlic
To a bowl add :100g honey 110ml dark soya sauce 1 tablespoon of olive oil Crushed ginger and garlic Add the chicken wings and mix well Allow to marinate for not longer than 30 minutes ( making sure to cover tightly with cling wrap)
Remove wings and place on a baking sheet Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes Baste over reserved marinade and bake for 10 minutes REPEATING THIS STEP AGAIN SO THAT TOTAL COOKING TIME IS 40 MINITES ALSO FLIPPING THE WINGS OVER BETWEEN EACH BAKEWhen done sprinkle with sesame seeds Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the slices red chilli and the slices spring onionServe
