4xl eggs1 1/4c sugar2 Cup flour3 teaspoon baking powder1 Cup milk125g butter 1 teaspoon vanilla*¹

125g butter2 1/2 Cup icing sugar3-4 tablespoon milk1 teaspoon vanilla*¹

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar until pale amd fluffySift together flour and baking powder and fold into egg mixture Heat together milk amd butter (should be warm not boiling) Add to flour mixture and beatBake at 180 for 20 minutes or until done.

ToppingBeat wellAdjust consistency and sweetness as preferred.
