1 leg of lamb4 ½ tablespoon garlic sauce1.5 teaspoon ginger garlic3 tablespoon lemon juice3 tablespoon pepper steak spice (or any steak spice)1.5 teaspoon chillie powder¾ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon fresh red chilli1 teaspoon mustard sauce
1. Marinade lamb with above2. Foil close and roast on 170 degrees for 4 hours ( depends on oven temp. I use 150 and for a smaller roast 2 hours)Serve with garlic potatoes and veggies
