INGREDIENTS
125g butter2 and 1/2 Cup flour4 teaspoon baking powder1/2 Cup sugar1/4c fennel seeds1/2 Cup dessicated coconut 250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Rub together butter, flour and baking powder to resemble breadcrumbs Stir in sugar, fennel seed and coconutAdd enough fresh cream to form a doughRoll out and cut as desiredBake at 170 for about 15mins, lower heat to 100 and bake for about another1 hour to crispDid into caster sugar while still warm
