Sweetcorn Chilli Bites (bhajia)

Using the Osmans Taj Mahal Chilli bite mix
I Mixed with Egg and Milk
Egg is Optional
Or
You can always use Water as per the Pack

RECIPE

Add200 g of the Packo Chilli Bite mixAdd 2 Chopped Onions1 Can Creamstyle Corn1 Cup Cake Flour1 heaped teaspoon Baking powder1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon crushed lightly Whole Jeera seeds1 & ½ tablespoon Crushed Red chilli flakes1 teaspoon Salt or to taste. SEE TIP BELOWAdd +-½ cup Milk you may Add 1 Egg Beat well with milk OR just WaterNow make a nice thickish Batter(Has to be a bit thick so it does not soak OilAdd Chopped Green dhania (coriander), ShallotFry in MED TO HOT OILTipsDip Hand in water so get a nice shapes(Fry one after you mix batter then Adjust salt and Chilli)Now fry the restPlace on a Paper towel in aColanderAnd place fried chilli bites on it to drain excess oil if anyServe with Chutney DipsEnjoy Hot
