INGREDIENTS
250g butterΒ½ cup icing sugarΒ½ cup castor sugar /brown sugar
4 tablespoons of golden syrup1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda2 teaspoon cocoa1 cup oats1 cup dessicated coconut
2 cups cake flour
To decorate Melted chocolate
METHOD
1. Cream butter and sugar untill creamy .2. Add the golden syrup and vanilla beat well .3. Mix in the bicarb, cocoa ,oats and coconut. 4. Lastly add the sifted flour and form a soft dough. 5. Pat on a board and scrape with a fork in a crisp cross pattern.6. Cut with an oval cutter and make a slit in center with a butter knife. 7. Bake at 170 for 15 minutes or until firm under.8. Cool completely and sandwich with a generous amount of Nestle chocolate so it oozes out of the sides.Happy cooking and baking Share this recipe as you recieve it ππππππππππππ
