½ slab chopped aero peppermint chocolate Wet ingredients ¾ cup strong coffee2 eggs ¼ cup oil or butter ¾ cup buttermilk milk or yoghurt 2 teaspoon vanilla essence Dry ingredients 1 ½ cup flour ½ cup sugar ¾ cup cocoa 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix wet ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients,mix or beat for about 2 minutes. Throw in chopped chocolate. Mix well again. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
