1 cup chana flour 1 cup cake flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed dhana Pinch tumeric powder Little lemon juiceGreen chillies to taste Green dhunia chopped fine 1 onion grated 1 potatoe grated 1 egg I chopped cleaned Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
leaves 1 teaspoon bakingpowder 1 tablespoon hot oil 1. Mix all ingredients together with cold water to make a thick dough. 2. Lastly add baking powder and hot oil. Drop spoonfuls in meduim hot oil and fry till golden. Enjoy with a dipHappy cooking and baking 💜💜
