INGREDIENTS
Chicken filling:
½ kg chic fillet cubed
½ onion cubed αϞ∂ braise in butter
½ teaspoon salt to taste
Little Aromat (a South African Spice)
Ground black pepper
Green chillies αϞ∂ dhania (coriander)
½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
½ teaspoon chilli pwder
½ teaspoon ground garlic
1 med tomato liquidised
2 tablespoon mayonnaise,stir in chicken once cooked
Pancakes/ crepes :
1cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 cups milk
White sauce:
3 tablespoon butter
Salt αϞ∂ pepper to taste
2 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
¼ cup ground cheese.
METHOD
Fry pancake in nonstik frying pan with alittle
ghee (Clarified butter). make it thin
normal size. put filling in half & fold it like
tortillas den set in pyrex next 2 each other .pour
whitesauce over den cheese & parsley.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius until cheese melts an
heated thru,approx 10-15 minutes
