Fry pancake in nonstik frying pan with alittle ghee (Clarified butter). make it thin normal size. put filling in half & fold it like tortillas den set in pyrex next 2 each other .pour whitesauce over den cheese & parsley. Bake at 180 degrees celsius until cheese melts an heated thru,approx 10-15 minutes
