Mix all the spices together .Make gashes in the shanks.Pour marinade over.Leave for a few hours. Heat up pot adding cinnomon,clove,anniseed.Place marinated Shank .Add enough water to cook.Cook on low for 2 hrs. Lovely to have a bit of gravy so dont burn out the water completely.Garnish with dania.Serves 3 people.
