1 lamb shank+-1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon viniger1 teaspoon ginger1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon green chillie1 teaspoon red course chillie or chillie powder1 teaspoon course jeeroo1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)4 tablespoon oil
Mix all the spices together .Make gashes in the shanks.Pour marinade over.Leave for a few hours.
Heat up pot adding cinnomon,clove,anniseed.Place marinated Shank .Add enough water to cook.Cook on low for 2 hrs.
Lovely to have a bit of gravy so dont burn out the water completely.Garnish with dania.Serves 3 people.
