INGREDIENTS
For the Dough:2-3 cups all-purpose flour,(sifted)(Added in extra 3 teaspoon Milk Powder…gives I nice soft texture)..optional¼ cup brown sugar1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoon) instant yeast½ teaspoon salt1 cup warm milk (add more if too dry..3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted1 large egg
For the Filling:⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened½ cup brown sugar1 tablespoon ground cinnamon*I melted the butter firstly & then added the rest!It’s optional..
For the Glaze:1 cup powdered sugar2 tablespoons milk½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes 15-16 (large ones)& about 30 mini ones!
METHOD
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Sifted it twice, then add in the warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.Knead the Dough: Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened butter over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.Shape the Rolls: Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.Make the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls.

INFO & TIPS
Can also drizzle Nutella or Caramel on top with pecan nuts😋
