Filling recipe 3 potatoes peeled and cubedTumeric 1 teaspoon crushed chilliesButter to mash the potatoesSalt to taste.
Roti 2 cups flour 2 tablespoons oil2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon saltBoiling water to make dough.
Add cubed potatoes in a pot. Add tumeric, crushed chillies and salt. Add a little water to cook the potatoes. Once the potatoes are soft. Add your butter to mash the potatoes. When the filling is cold add chopped dhania (coriander)
Roll out your paratha but not to big and add a tablespoon of filling. Seal it and add flour to your surface and roll out as normal but not to thin. Toast paratha and add butter as you toast on both sides.

Don't roll it to thin.
