3 large potatoes cubed and boiled Drain keep asideIn pot add3-4 Tbldp ghee (Clarified butter)Little mustard seed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Curry leavesGarlic (optional)Add 1 grated tomato1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon tumericBraise 10 minutesAdd The steamed potatoesCook mix well with the tomatoAdd lemon juice if preferredGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with roti or PuriOr use as a filling for savouriesServe with chutneys
