Cube 6 fillets.Cook with:1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon Cajun spice SaltPepper Then add in 1 sliced onion 1 tray chopped mushrooms.CookCombine 1 can evaporated milk or double cream½ cup milk2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 3 tablespoon cream cheese/ Melrose tubCook till thick and luscious Fry chipsSeason Lay ½ chips in pyrex Then ½ chicken mixture Alternate.Sprinkle lots of cheese Bake till heated thru
