1 3/4c flour3/4c + 2 tablespoon caster sugar.60g butter1/2 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoon nescafe coffee (I used 1 1/2 tablespoon Jacob's gold)2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 1/2 Cup pecan nuts
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add in flour, caster sugar, butter, baking powder and coffee and mix wellAdd in eggs and vanilla to form a doughMix in pecans Roll into 2 logsSprinkle with caster sugarBake at 180 for 20 to 25minsAllow to cool for 10minsSlice and bake at 100 until crisp

I'd add milo instead of coffee next time for a twist
