Mum’s recipe
INGREDIENTS
5/6 medium hakes8 tablespoon mayonnaise 4 tablespoon mr spice fish spice2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon peri peri masala (optional: I used masala in this recipe, but for a mild version I leave it out)
METHOD
Mix above ingredients together, marinate fish- Cover with foil & grill in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes until done & water has burnt out.Serve with pita & green salad/ chips. I topped fish with mushrooms cooked in a little butter & fresh garlic.
