RECIPE

Use your favorite tried and tested plain cake recipe. I made into cupcakes making it easier to handle.

Milk Tart Filling
1 ½ cups milk heat up In a bowl mix together 1 egg2 heaped tablespoon flour2 heaped tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 4 tablespoon sugar or more according taste. Whisk until smooth
Add to milk & boil keep stirring. until thick. Remove from stove & 3 tablespoon butter. Mix well if a bit to thick add little milk to thin.
Fill milk filling in a piping bag. Break cake into pieces & place at the bottom of a glass. Pipe milk filling over. Layer more cake & top with milk filling. Dust with cinnamon. Allow to cool in fridge.
