1 packet fresh green beans(woolies)1 large potatoe1 whole chicken cut up1 teaspoon salt*1 teaspoon paprika*1 teaspoon dana /jeera*½ teaspoon tumeric*1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon wet red masala (pure spice)1 teaspoon viniger*1 teaspoon sugar¼ chopped tomatoe
Fried onions2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon oil
Wash chicken well .Dry on kitchen towel.Marinate chicken in spices marked with*.
Peel and cube potatoe. FryCubes.
Heat butter and oil with whole jeeru (cumin),cinnomon bark,Elachi (cardomom) pods.Add ginger garlic and red masala .Sizzle for few minutes on low.
Add fried onion.Add marinated chicken.Cook on low with pot lid out.Toss in masala a few times .Braise properly.Leave for 20 minutes to cook on low.Add tomatoes .sprinkle sugar,Ajmo (Tymol seed) seeds on chopped green beans .Add to chicken.
Cook on low lid on pot for 15 minutes.add water if neccessary.
